Sappho attended Law School in London whilst undertaking her training contract at Barker Gillette LLP, qualifying in March 2008. In doing so, she gained invaluable practical experience throughout the early stages of her career.

Whilst reading Law and European Studies at undergraduate level, Sappho studied under the Masters program at the University of Ghent in Belgium for six months and spent a further seven months employed as a Parliamentary Assistant.

Sappho is bilingual in Italian and has been involved in a number of matters for Italian clients.

Sappho pursues an active lifestyle, practising yoga and Pilates. She enjoys skiing and tennis and loves to cook.

Sappho specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including wrongful and unfair dismissal, employment related discrimination (age, disability, race, gender and sexual orientation), redundancies, transfers of undertakings, employment contracts, severance packages and compromise agreements.

Sappho's practice also covers commercial litigation, including contractual and tortious disputes, injunctive relief and insolvency.
