Educated at Handsworth Grammar School before graduating from Thames Valley University, London, with a degree in Law (LLB). Went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law, passing with a commendation.
Vinay was admitted as a Solicitor in 1996. He has dealt with all aspects of crime and, in particular, business crime, thereby achieving supervisory status for serious fraud work in 2001. Vinay also deals with civil dispute resolution including all forms of ADR. With a wide range of skills, Vinay has the ability to manage large-scale cases, involving large amounts of material, with the ability to narrow and identify issues at an early stage.
Vinay lives in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire. His favourite past-times include travelling, gardening, DIY and spending as much quality time with his wife and son as possible.

His practice includes defending prosecutions brought by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), The Department of Trade & Industry, HM Customs & Excise, CPS (Special Casework Unit).
He has recently represented an individual, who was prosecuted by the SFO, in the longest Jury Trial in British history.
