Educated at the European School in Brussels and then at the University of Birmingham before doing the LPC at Nottingham Law School.
Veronica took a career break spent SCUBA diving before training at Campbell Hooper and qualifying as a solicitor in October 2006.

Veronica deals with most aspects of company and commercial law including corporate start-ups, reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions, shareholders' and partnership agreements and other commercial agreements.

- deeds of restriction including re-branding obligations.
