Andrew Picken, one of four Fraud Panel Supervisors in our Criminal
Department, has been appointed a member of the Legal Services
Commission's Very High Cost Cases (VHCC) Appeals Panel.
The VHCC Unit is responsible for funding the preparation of complex criminal cases.
