We advise on all aspects of employment law including the negotiation of new contracts for executives and employees, advice on share options and other schemes, severance packages, restrictive covenants, policies at work including maternity, parental leave and harassment issues, unfair dismissal, sex, age, disability and other discrimination claims, employment issues arising from a transfer of undertaking and/or liquidation/receivership.
Our credo is to act for both employers and employees so we understand the mind set of both sides. Our employment lawyers also practice in dispute resolution in order to give them a more rounded approach.
