is pleasing our established clients and getting new
business through recommendation by such clients. We
are aware that in the modern competitive world we cannot
afford to be complacent. We do not take our clients
for granted and recognise that excellence and reliablity
are the objectvies in every transaction. The overriding
objective (shared with other departments) is to look
after our clients' best interests. We are here for them.
A significant source of work is recommendations from
other players in the propery market, particularly chartered
surveyors who specialise in offices retail property
and development work. We understand that the most important
work in any property deal is carried out before the
legal process starts with the identifcation of the property
and the negotiation of the price/rents. Our job is to
check that the legal implications are understood by
our clients, match their expectations, and to get the
deal done at the speed desired by the client.
As one would expect from a firm based in one of the
most expensive areas of London, we still provide a residential
conveyancing service suited to the requirements of high
net asset individuals. We have little regard for the
the factory conveyancing approach of some solicitors
who have gone for the high volume/low cost option. Your
home may well be the biggest asset you have and deserves
the attention of a fully qualified and experienced solicitor.
