CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE AND PERSONAL INJURY
Our clinical negligence work includes complex claims involving substantial damages, which we largely undertake for claimants. We have a particular specialisation in dental negligence claims including claims involving cosmetic dentistry, implantology, periodontal disease, and nerve damage. . We have a great deal of experience in the field of gynaecological negligence involving issues such as Erb's Palsy, cerebral palsy and consent issues. We provide full support to our clients and understand the need to deal with cases of this nature sympathetically and with sensitivity.

We also specialise in personal injury work and have extensive experience of all types of road traffic accident claims. We deal with every type of personal injury claim ranging from slipping/tripping cases to serious brain injuries. Our recent cases include those relating to spinal injuries, accidents at work, assault, industrial related disease, and product liability claims. Subject to a risk assessment, we will be happy to consider dealing with both clinical negligence and personal injury cases on a "no win - no fee" (also known as Conditional Fee Agreement) basis.

CORPORATE
